How It Works

From first enquiry to clear-up.

We handle the details so you can focus on your guests.

Get in touch

Call or email with rough numbers, your date and your preferred menu. We respond within 24 hours with a full quote.

Confirm your booking

A £50 deposit secures your date. Final numbers and dietary requirements are confirmed 48 hours before service. The balance is due at this point.

We deliver and set up

We arrive at your venue ahead of your service, set up the buffet table, lay out food, and prepare the tea and coffee station.

Self-service buffet

Funeral receptions are presented as self-service, allowing guests to help themselves at their own pace. Staffed service is available for larger events.

Clear-up

Once your reception ends, we return to clear everything we brought. You leave the venue with nothing to worry about.

Lead Time

48 hours' notice for funeral receptions where availability allows. 2 weeks for larger events.

Minimum Numbers

20 guests minimum for both reception menus.

Delivery

£10 delivery within our standard service area. Further afield by quote.

Credentials

5-star food hygiene. Fully insured. Locally rooted.
